This is more than just an essay. It’s your student’s story, told with clarity and purpose.
Daily writing prompts, 1-on-1 coaching, and a proven system that’s helped students get into Cornell, Columbia, UPenn, Duke, UNC Chapel Hill, UCLA, UCB, BS/MD, and more.
(Admitted to Cornell University)

- 1. Who is this workshop for? This workshop is designed exclusively for rising seniors (students entering 12th grade) who are preparing to write their Common App personal statement. Batch 1 starts on June 16, and Batch 2 starts on June 23rd. There will be no changes to this schedule.
- 2. What if my child is not a strong writer? That’s exactly who this is for. We guide students step-by-step, starting with a 1:1 ideation session to help them uncover their story — even if they think they don’t have one. No writing experience needed.
- 3. How much time does this require each week?Students spend about 10–15 minutes per day, with a structured plan and clear writing prompts. It’s designed to be manageable — even with a busy summer schedule.
- 4. What’s the outcome of the workshop?By the end of the 4 weeks, your child will complete a powerful, theme-based Common App essay (up to 650 words) that reflects their authentic voice and story.
- 5. Will this help with supplemental essays too?Yes. The storytelling and structure skills learned in this workshop apply directly to writing strong supplemental essays later in the application process.
- 6. What if my child misses a deadline or falls behind? To maintain quality and fairness, we do not offer deadline extensions. Students are expected to follow the weekly schedule. This builds real-world accountability and progress. Please plan your summer vacation/activities around this schedule. There will be no deadline extensions.
- 7. Do you offer any guarantees? We can’t guarantee admission to any specific college, but we can confidently say that your student will leave with a strong, authentic essay — and the confidence that they’ve told their story well.
- 8. When does the workshop start?Every week, we start with five students per batch. Batch 1 is set to begin on June 16th. Batch 1 starts on June 16, and Batch 2 starts on June 23rd. There will be no changes to this schedule.
- 9. Can we buy now and use it later?Batch 1 starts on June 16, and Batch 2 starts on June 23rd. There will be no changes to this schedule. Batch 3 is expected to open with a start date on June 30th. You will not be able to purchase Batch for a set date and use it at a later date. Please plan your schedule accordingly around these workshop dates.
- 10. Who will be my child’s Essay Coach?Your student will be matched with a coach from my hand-selected team, trained directly by me using the exact framework I’ve developed over the years.
Our coaches are graduates of elite universities, and they’ve worked closely with students who were accepted into Ivy League schools, BS/MD programs, and top-tier STEM colleges.
Every student who has gone through our Essay Workshop and received offers from competitive schools including BS/MD and Ivy League programs, worked with one of our coaches.
Your child will be in expert hands. - 11. Why is the later batch workshop is priced higher?Great question! Our pricing follows a tiered structure — the earlier you enroll, the lower the price. As we get closer to deadlines, our calendar gets fuller and demand increases, so prices go up accordingly. It also rewards families who take action early.
- 12. How long are the classes, and are there sessions on weekends? This is not a daily Zoom class format. The workshop is designed to be flexible and structured:
Students receive writing tasks that include about 20 steps in 4 Weeks.
There is one live 1:1 Ideation Meeting (45–60 minutes via Zoom) with their assigned essay coach. Feedback is given remotely/asynchronously on drafts and writing exercies.
There are no mandatory weekend sessions, so students can work around their own schedule while staying on track.

Let’s be honest — the college essay is not something you want to leave until the last minute. Here’s what we’ve seen happen when students try to go it alone or wait too long:
They stare at a blank screen for weeks, unsure how to start
They write a draft that sounds like a resume, not a story
They miss the chance to stand out and just blend in with everyone
They scramble in October, asking for last-minute help
By the time stress kicks in, it's harder to think clearly, revise meaningfully, or stand out.
“We thought we had everything under control until we saw what goes into this process. The strategy sessions and edits made all the difference—our daughter got into her top-choice school.”
“The way they connected my essays, activities, and goals made me feel confident. I never could’ve done this on my own.” —Student, Class of 2023 (now attending UNC Chapel Hill)
